When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you request a consultation we store the birth and contact details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth, gender and phone number) so the reading can be prepared.
Your details are used only to identify your bookings, prepare your consultation, manage the appointment queue and contact you about your request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We use your Google account only to identify you. We never post anything on your behalf and we do not access your Google data beyond your basic profile and email.
Data is stored on our own secured server and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated bookings at any time.
